That’s why we share information with each other as much as we can. A great example of this is that we make all information about Logica available to our employees. We also have personal team meetings in which financial results are discussed and where you find out how the business is performing. An environment where professionals work closely together generates a healthy drive to be ever more successful, but integrity is never compromised.
