What to expect when you apply for a vacancy at Logica?
At Logica, we have streamlined our processes in such a way that the recruitment is centred around the candidate, and is handled in a reasonably short time frame.
After receiving the CV’s for a position posted on our website, we perform a first screening. If we believe your talents are valuable to Logica, we contact you within one week for a telephone interview with an HR professional.
If that goes well, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.
If we are convinced that Logica and you connect, we’ll offer you a job!
The whole process should not take longer than two or three weeks.
